welcome to DLC pop-up keeps on re-appearing
hi! theres a problem ive been facing for i think a month now. i have many dlcs bought and the ,,welcome to Growing Together / Dine Out / Movie Hangout'' ETC. (all welcome cards from the packs i own)...

@koalicja228 The TS4_x64.exe file should be somewhere inside Program Files, as it's part of the game's program files files. These are separate from the user folder, in Documents > Electronic Arts. EADesktop.exe is part of the program files for the EA App. So yes, this is normal.
