Welcome Wagon causing force close

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66.139.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a welcome wagon and interact with NPC's
What happens when the bug occurs? Starting a new family and NPC knocks on the door and sometime throughout the welcome wagon the application just closes. If I cancel welcome wagon before the application closes I have no issues . The application closes completely. No error message.
What do you expect to see? I expect to finish the welcome wagon
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've had mods and everything was properly updated . The welcome wagon is a base game feature and I've narrow it down to being the only problem. After removing all mods there was no change. The welcome wagon is the only thing causing the app to close other wise the game runs perfect. I've also repaired the game twice . Still seeing the same issue.
