The problem with this is no dedicated graphics card. It should run The Sims 4 with medium graphics. If you want to play other 3d games you may find that it is not capable enough.

you need a dedicated graphics card because the games used it heavily. you need more a graphical card than lets just say a blu ray disc reader/burner.
the regular specs i would look for sims 4 and similar games:
CPU: intel core I5 or i7. amd ryzen 8. any option above 2.5 ghz.
RAM: 16 gbs DDR5 or above.
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX or AMD radeon RX
hard disk, anything. for windows 10 is best to have a SSD for windows and base programs, and an external 3.0 USB hard disk of at least 1 TB. for having your documents and games installed.
