@2309942ac148eea2 The first one is a little better than the second, but neither is the best option in this price range. Both processor models are four years old now and were surpassed, by a significant margin, by the next generation AMD released. And those processors, and their Intel equivalents, are available for the same price or cheaper. For example:

These all have 256 GB storage; you'd need to pay a little more to get 512 GB, which is nice to have if not absolutely necessary.

I realize this is a long list, but not knowing what details matter to you, I figured it was easier to give you a wide range to choose from. Since the laptops should all run Sims 4 about the same, with a few percentage points' difference at most, you could choose based on anything else that mattered, even aesthetics. And to be clear, these are all significantly faster, in gaming and otherwise, than the two you linked.
