I have tried running diagnostics on my computer and I didn't find anything wrong myself. I also took it to a shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it either. Even a friend of mine who builds computers couldn't find anything wrong with my computer. I mentioned that I bought a new hard drive to be put into my computer.
I've reinstalled Windows about 3 times just in the last week trying to fix the issue and it only occurs whenever I try to play the Sims 4. I play much heavier games other than the Sims 4 and they all run smoothly and fine without any issues.
@Lady_Mystery101 Downloading a mod should never cause this kind of problem. What diagnostics have you and others run on this computer? I'd like to see a dxdiag as well; you can attach it to a post.

If you've seen any BlueScreens since the last time you reinstalled Windows, you should be able to find associated crash dumps. Go here:
C:\Windows\Minidump
For the last two or three files, right-click them and select Copy, then right-click your desktop and select Paste. From there, you can zip the files together, upload the .zip to a third-party filesharing site, and link it here.
