Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I have recently had my laptop fixed/factory reset and after redownloading steam and the EA app (and therefore the Sims) I have found that a few of my packs are missing (Business’ and Hobbies, Cats and Dogs, Horse Ranch, Artist Studio Kit, Lovestruck, Life and Death, Crystal Creations Kit, For Rent, High School Years, University, Get Famous, Seasons, Realm of Magic… wow since going through and listing them I didn’t realise there were so many) I can’t quite remember if these were downloaded on my Steam or EA account however there are still DLCs on my steam account so I am inclined to believe that the DLCs missing are from the EA app. I do have Adventure Awaits and Enchanted by Nature on my EA app however these were recent purchases (and Enchanted by Nature broke my game and then my laptop hence the fixing 😭). How do I fix this or is there a way to get into contact with someone from EA that doesn't require going through AI (cause it doesn’t help haha) ?? Thank you in advance
