where can i change the uiscale for the sims 4

uiscale i guess is set to 50. Digitally downloaded the game played for 21 hours no problem, opened the window to find all my icons are too tiny to play. Cant really see their needs. Read online is an easy fix only for people who can open the sims 4 folder and change the ui scale manually. But since I downloaded it through origin what do i do?

@roseriddick16 You need to set it in your option.ini file which can be found in your documents folder. You can edit it with any text editor.
