where do i find the product key?

I have recently bought the sims 4 on pc and I have finished downloading it, however it is now saying 'We could not install the sims 4 on this computer using the EA account you provided. Please locate...

Hi @Park_iey

try logging out of Origin and then close it down completely. Maybe even restart your computer

After that, log back in with the account you have the game on and see if you still have issues.

If so, does the game show up properly in your game library ?
