Where is my refund money

Hello I just refunded The Sims 4 and when i go to order history page on my refund status it said "Completed" but where is my money? please help me get my money back.

    Hi @GRC_Nomadz

    had to remove your pictures cause they were showing too much personal information.

    This is something you'll need to contact EA support about directly. There's nothing the community can do for you.
