@Bee3737 One of the items is a grill, so it should be easy to find in that category. You should also see "Street Eats Digital Content listed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
If you don't have that content, where did the person who gifted you get the game? Codes from third-party sources generally don't come with the bonus content, and that can only be addressed (or not) by the vendor; EA doesn't offer support for products from unauthorized vendors. If the code came from an authorized seller, on the other hand, you should be able to get help. Here's the list:

EA also doesn’t support sales from the authorized vendor list either, actually. If the pack was purchased directly from EA, you can contact support. Otherwise you have to take it up with the vendor. If they can get you the bonus content, it will be a second code.
