White and Pink Lines Over My Sims 4 Game Time Screen

I downloaded the sims 4 game time because I wanted to make sure I really liked it before I bought it, Once I started playing, the screen had pink and white lines over it. Please help!

I'm afraid that chipset you have (graphics) is not supported by the game.

You can check if there are newer graphics drivers for it from the Intel Download Center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

I just downloaded the Sims 4 game but it's covered in these pink and white lines and I can barely seen anything. The game is still technically playable, but it's a blur. I see it is something that has been an issue before but I couldn't see an easy way to fix it.
