@Marky_Mark_Sal Your hardware isn't great for Sims 4, but it should be sufficient to run the game on medium grpahics settings. You might get lag or crashing if your settings are too high, of course, but that's different than not being able to play at all. An immediate white screen suggests that the problem is less likely to be directly due to your hardware and more likely to be software related.
On that note, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
