White screen and freezing on sims 4

@LJSHEFFIELD Your DxDiag shows the Nvidia drivers as being from February. There should be newer ones.
Are you checking with Asus or Nvidia if there's newer ones ?
Yes correct I've changed my drivers from latest to a year ago still no luck
- @LJSHEFFIELD To make sure I understand you correctly, you uninstalled the newest drivers cause those didn't work and installed the one from a year ago ?
If so, did you do a clean reinstall or just uninstall them ? If you just uninstalled, try a clean reinstall instead: https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.htmlYes I use DDU to clear the graphics drivers, the issue isn't nvidia related I can certainly rule that out.
And yes I uninstalled the latest drivers for older ones to try
All other games work fine no white screen or freezing only happens in the sims 4
- @LJSHEFFIELD You have several Livekernel Events in your DxDiag that are usually related to graphics cards issues.
Did you turn off Origin In game ? What security software are you using ?
