White screen and freezing on sims 4

@LJSHEFFIELD To make sure I understand you correctly, you uninstalled the newest drivers cause those didn't work and installed the one from a year ago ?

Yes I use DDU to clear the graphics drivers, the issue isn't nvidia related I can certainly rule that out.
