And yes I uninstalled the latest drivers for older ones to try
All other games work fine no white screen or freezing only happens in the sims 4
@LJSHEFFIELD You have several Livekernel Events in your DxDiag that are usually related to graphics cards issues.
Did you turn off Origin In game ? What security software are you using ?
