Why are kids eyebrows not un-matching right?

Hi everyone.

I've been making some sims in Cas, one with a kid, She's blonde and I wanted to go give her the strong yellow colored eye brows to see if that would contrast for her. When I tried, it would be glitched into being black this is the same for any other color eyebrow that wasn't the auto matching blonde color. It appears to me is that no matter what it's using the black color. Before I click away the frame of the eyebrow color the selection is on the color I'm trying to use, when I click away and click back in the selection is on the black
