Why are my Sims 4 packs not loading

So I tried to load into my sims 4 today, but none of my packs are loading. I've tried restarting my computer, disabling mods, repairing my game, and clearing my EA app cache, but nothing works. pleas...

    Hi @Plumbobian,

    Are your packs showing as owned and installed in the EA app? You can check this in your game library by clicking The Sims 4 game tile and going to Manage-> Manage Add-ons.

    If your content is showing as installed and owned in the app, please follow the steps in the post here.

Try going to the Manage Add Ons menu and see if you own any Expansion Packs, Dude. Let me know if you've solved the problem.
