Click on i on the base game in Origin (close the game first).
Then in the list you should find the pack to install.

Then everything should be in the game.
Sigh. But still nothing shows up..
I've been using mine since last year December, but i updated my game earlier today and since then it hasn't been showing up in game even though it says it's installed. All the decorations i had up in my played households are gone. I tried restarting/ repairing my game etc but to no avail.
