@LoMajken Does the computer have a folder for Snowy Escape? Inside the Sims 4 Packs folder, which should be either in the main or the user Applications folder, look for a folder labeled EP10. (Snowy Escape is the tenth expansion to be released.) If it's not there, then the pack isn't installed. Run the Origin reset tool:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Restart the computer, open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll down to Snowy Escape, and click Download.
If the EP10 folder is there but no content from the pack appears in-game, you can delete that folder and then repeat the above process. But it's worth checking if the world (Mt. Komorebi) appears in the Manage Worlds screen first. Sometimes it does take launching the game more than once for all the packs to show up. I have no idea why; I just know I've seen it a couple times.
I'm having similar problems with my Star wars expansion pack. It'll open up into the opening window but that's all. It won't allow me to visit any of the places in it or anything like that. It's like picture I can't interact with it at all. Thank you.

@Krazykate58 I'm not sure exactly what you mean about the opening window. Could you post a screenshot or describe it in more detail? Do you see any Star Wars items in CAS or Build/Buy?
Please also list your game's version number. Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
