Why does it say I don't have sims 4??
I was going to get the Christmas add-on to sims 4 today as it's free but the origin website says I don't own sims 4 on my laptop yet I do??

EA SPORTS FC™ TeamIf you already own the Sims 4 and you cannot find it in your Game Library, you might be logged into a different account than the one that has The Sims 4 on it. Our customer support team will be able to locate the game for you and help you log in so you can get the Christmas add-on.
