Why does my Sim change skin colors when going from CAS to gameplay?

😕 I have a dark skinned sim who I’ve had before the update. I got the update now and fixed her up a bit. (She had the second skin tone on the third row of the neutral category.) She looks gorgeous in CAS, but turns a sickly green in gameplay?? Is this a glitch with the new update because it’s not my CC. I’d hate to have to play with my sims looking like zombies
