it keeps saying that theres a new patch when iv'e already done it
@Blackredminty Are all your packs loading? Are you now running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4 when you weren't before? This can happen sometimes after a patch: the .exe for the standard version is blocked, so Origin defaults to the Legacy Edition instead. The quickest way to find out is to try to access the Gallery, which isn't available in the LE.

the gallery still works my cc isn't showing up even tho i turned it back on and restarted the game
@Blackredminty Is your custom content staying enabled after you quit and restart the game? If not, that's a separate issue, one described here:
Otherwise, please open your Mods folder and make sure your cc is still present. If it is, please post the file path to that folder; you can see it in the address bar above the list of files and folders.

yes its staying enabled in the settings idk whether to post the mods here or on that link
@Blackredminty Please post here. If your cc is staying enabled, you don't have the problem described in the other thread.

idk how to get it to stop saying theres a patch when iv'e done it
@Blackredminty Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Launch the game once to create a new folder, enable custom content and mods, and quit. Now move one of your cc files from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one. Let me know whether it shows up.
