Re-downloaded sims 4 for the millionth time after it would not open in April. None of the EA helps suggestions of checking mods or clearing cache or updating drivers worked. I just realized that after having re-downloaded it the first time that the files looked weird. Where are all the other files?
Shouldn't you be looking at the documents folder instead? This folder contains files we don't mess with. As far as I know, any mods, tray files cache files, saves, etc should be in the Electronic Arts folder that is in the Documents folder.
😭 had been so upset about sims 4 crashing that I totally forgot about the documents folder. 😭😭😭😭
