Why isn't my expansion pack appearing?
when the game is closed it marks city living as downloaded, however once i open the game if says that city living is unavailable. I recently got a new laptop and it hasn't worked since, but it worked on my old laptop. I have uninstalling everything and redownloading. I have removed all mods.
@Billothy111 Yes, that's correct. You can see from the screenshots you have two copies of Sims 4 installed, one through Steam and one through the EA App. Your copy of City Living is installed into the EA App version, but if you're launching the game through Steam, that doesn't help you.
