Why should the sim 4 be rated 15+?

I know why they rated it 15 because it's all sex and violence. But they're all covered up. i mean seriously the fights are covered up in opaque smokes and the try for a baby is covered by the sheets (blankets). They should probably change it to 12+. Just my opinion. I know PEGI is 12+ but is there anyway to use PEGI instead of ESRB? I'm in Asia and can we use PEGI?

I don't think this is something we'd be able to change, the game classification boards are the ones who set ratings and that can vary by country.
