Why wont anything load in create a character on sims 4?

Almost none of my items in create a character will load, I tried repairing my game to see if that would help and it deleted my already saved games. Please let me know what I can do to make my items l...

    @Lizzzzzy57  Please remove the More Columns mod, if you have it, and delete localthumbcache.package for good measure.

It worked!!! Thank you so much!! Now I just need to get my old saved worlds back
