Why won't my host show up to work in Sims4 Dine Out?

Hi!

About two months ago I purchased Sims4 Dine Out and when I created a restaurant, my host never came to work thus customers were never seated. No matter where or how often I moved the host station, she/he never came while the other workers did.  Is this a bug and does anyone know how I can fix it? It's been a problem since the day I purchased the Expansion Pack.

    Hi @Erin_Dub 

    this usually happens if something is blocking the podium and they can't reach it. Does the host not show up at all or is he idly standing around at the spawning point (search the map if you can find him).

    Does it happen with all restaurants or just that one ?
