Why won't my sims 4 load my gallery

    By going to the Origin menu and clicking to online.

Are you using custom content ? If so, make sure you have the cc filter under advanced filter checked.

    Well it was fixed for about a week or two but then it happend today again my origin and sims 4 was updated when this happend
    I was think well maybe origin is having issues like with the snow. My pc is updating so we will see

        Mine has never worked. Just got the game 2 weeks ago as well as a new laptop and I have tried it all. I even tried shutting off norton firewall and still nothing. Looking for some help
