Why won't my sims 4 load my gallery
By going to the Origin menu and clicking to online.

Mine has never worked. Just got the game 2 weeks ago as well as a new laptop and I have tried it all. I even tried shutting off norton firewall and still nothing. Looking for some help
Do you have the actual gallery button or do you get endless loading ?
I click the Gallery and then I hit community. It then asks me if I want to connect. After about a min it then say unable to connect (or something like that) and asks to try again or cancel. Its always done this. I have never been able to connect and I have tried it all. My sister came over with her laptop and she uses my Origin account on her computer. She was not able to get into the gallery either but when she plays it at her house on my same account, it works. So I think it must be in the router settings but xfinity admin router settings has nothing in it to allow me to fix it. Im at a loss.

I'd suggest contacting your ISP, as they might be able to assist you with this issue. Looks like some kind of firewall block or maybe a DNS issue, so your ISP should assist you with this issue 🙂
