Will installed mods or cc appear in all my accounts?

My sims 4 game is installed in two computers and I was wondering if I install a mod or cc in one computer, will it also appear in my other account?

@jajaaa21 Mods and cc is user data and machine dependent. If you install it on one, you'll have to install it on the other computer also. EA does not retain mods and cc you install.

So basically I just have to copy and paste my mods from my computer to the other to use it there. Thank you for answering my question!
