Will it run?

@kalelkitten222 Yes, the game should run, but not on high graphics settings. Your processor and its integrated graphics card are relatively weak for Sims 4, although they're above the minimum requirements. It's difficult to predict how well a given computer will handle the game, especially without knowing which packs you want to install—the newer EPs are more demanding than the older ones, and the total number of packs matters too. Start with the settings on low, get a sense of how it runs, and then turn a couple up to medium and see how it goes. You can also lower the in-game resolution to help with performance.
You didn't mention how much free storage you have on your laptop out of the 256 GB total, but you'll want to have at least 25-30 GB free after you've installed the game, to leave Windows enough room to maneuver. (Your user data like saves will also take up space, and maybe a lot of it if you want to use custom content.) The base game is 15 GB, expansions are in the 2-3 GB range, and game and stuff packs are smaller.
While you're playing, make sure that your laptop can properly cool itself. Elevate it (put books under the corners or something), or get a laptop tray or cooling pad.
