Will starting a new game on another pc mess with the original save?

I have the game on my pc through my moms origin account. When i downloaded it it had her save data already there. Id like to start a new game but I'm afraid starting a new game on my pc will effect h...

No. None of the saves will transfer to your computer. when you install from Origin or from disk it will not have any saves.
