    @preshbillie I know that you said that you moved your mods/CC, but if you haven't already, please also take the following steps after removing them: 1) clear your cache, 2) repair the game via Origin, 3) start a new save, and 4) test the issue in the new save.  It may also be your graphic settings; settings lower than high/very high tend to show fewer details, such as shadows.  Please let me know what your settings are.

    i think i have fixed the problem after following your instructions. thank you! i always have my graphic settings to ultra
