@pha3dr4 Please download a fresh copy of the EA App installer and run it. This should give you the option to repair the App rather than install, which is what you want.
If that doesn't help, try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and restart your computer before reinstalling.
If the App still doesn't work, please post screenshots of any error messages you see.
