Won't let me play pls help

So basically The sims required an update like 2 days ago (probably because of the spongebob bundle) and so I updated the game as usual, but when I went to ''resume game'' it just put me at the manage worlds thingy, so i went to my household that I always play with and clicked the play button, but instead it took me to the ''home worlds'' or like the page it shows when you're travelling between worlds? I can enter CAS to create a new household to move in, and I can enter build mode for the city living lounge (my only expansion pack) but that's all. I've tried with multiple households but it doesn't let me play. On my latest attempt, it showed an error code: 122:502fc384:b7e315fb I tried looking trough the EA page but couldn't find this error code. Please someone help I don't want to lose my progress as I'm playing with a legacy save.
