Hi;
Has anyone recently tried to quit/rejoin their chosen career? I've been noticing some odd bugs as of late similar to this where I've had to kick my Sim out of their career path, have them rejoin their career (Usually incurs a promotion/career level) and start the process over; this usually fixes the problem. (That is, until it happens again.)
I haven't found any other in-game fixes for this issue, but at least that method has helped in shaking the problem loose for someone stuck in their career. I wonder if Career Hopper now helps with the loss of a career rank, to make the issue less of a chore?

I find just leaving them alone and not letting them work hard allows them to eventually level up and get promoted, it just happens much slower. I've noticed it tends to happen when I'm playing multiple sims with careers. Be nice if they'd fix it.
