Would this laptop run Sims 4? Any other laptop suggestions?

@flyingshoes94 This laptop isn't a great option for Sims 4, even among those in your price range. Its processor and graphics chip are significantly slower than similarly priced laptops, and it might not be able to do better than low-medium settings. Additionally, I'd be wary of any seller that can't even get the laptop specs right on a product page: the Intel HD 4000 was introduced in 2012 and hasn't been used in almost as long. A 10th-gen Intel CPU would have a completely different graphics chip.
Anyway, if you're willing to buy refurbished, this is the best option I saw for £400 or less. It should be able to handle medium-high graphics settings, or maybe high settings given the relatively few expansions you're planning to install. It also comes with a one year warranty, which is reassuring.
If you don't want to buy from that particular store, these laptops (the same except for the color) have the next-older version of the processor and graphics chip in the model above, and otherwise the same hardware. Medium settings shouldn't be a problem.
There's a used Asus with the same hardware as the laptop above available from Amazon Warehouse for £388 as well; click the buying options to see the used option.

None of the other options I saw were as good—they had weaker processors, or less RAM, or less storage, or (usually) some combination. If you'd like to see cheaper options too, let me know, but even dropping to £350 means downgrading the hardware by a noticeable margin.
