@196319672005 That laptop is good, but you could do better for your money. An Nvidia 1050 will barely run the game with all packs installed on ultra settings now, even before you add in custom content. An Nvidia 1650 is maybe 40% faster for gaming, and not really more expensive.
For example, this Acer is $700 and is essentially the same one you're considering, but with a 1650 instead of a 1050.

This one ($780) has a 512 GB hard drive instead of 256 GB, which, while not strictly necessary for Sims 4, would be convenient if you wanted to install other games or store other data on the laptop. Other than the 17" screen, it's essentially the same laptop as the others.

An alternative, also for $700, is this MSI. It has the same specs as the first Acer I linked, except that its 1650 is the Max-Q variant. In practical terms, that means it's more efficient (using a little less battery and generating a little less heat) at the expense of performance (a couple of percentage points in speed).

Another option, not currently available but "coming soon," is this Lenovo. It has a very slightly stronger processor than the others, although that wouldn't matter to Sims 4. It also has both a 256 GB solid state drive and a 1 TB mechanical drive, in case you really need a lot of storage.

The same site has this Acer, with the same hardware as the first one I listed except for a larger hard drive, for $700. It's also "coming soon," which in this case apparently means the end of June.

Finally, if you wanted an even faster graphics card for the sake of futureproofing, this one has an Nvidia 1660 ti, which is significantly faster than the 1650. Sims 4 doesn't need the extra speed now, but it might in the future, as more demanding expansions are released. We don't really know what those packs will be like though, and the 1650 might always be good enough for ultra settings.
