Is anyone still having issues with this ?
The gallery is now back online and hopefully that should also solve this message
Been having the "you must have The Sims 4 registered to your EA Account" message for two days now (at least that I know of). Tried everything in the Gallery Connection Troubleshooting thread - nothing worked. It's the regular version of the game, with the lastest update, starting the game through Origin (not a shortcut). I'm from Portugal. I really doubt it's a regional problem (the other players seem to be from all over). Think EA will be looking into this soon? For me, it started when I accessed the gallery through my browser (which works just fine) and saved a lot - next time I started the game, it would give me that error when trying to access the galery. Any more information I can give that would help?
SAME ISSUE!!!! Like I can play my game but the connection to the gallery is impossible, it just keeps loading on forever aqnd when it stops it sais that the connection is impossible. It's been happening for days! I've tried everything! Like the gallery connection worked for like a few hours on january 3d and since then I can't acces it..
