Re: PSA: Sims 4 "Failed to launch game - An error on our end" -> Check Your Mods!

I wanted to play today and I keep getting this message: Your Game Failed to Launch.  Error On Our End.

I tried to close the app and re-open it. It didn't work. I also tried to restart my computer. I also tried to run the EAUpdater.exe. and it said the app is already updated. 

I tried to repair the game but it goes up to 2% then it restarts at 0% and then I get a fail message.

I can't even go to help.ea to try to contact EA support as the page stays blank

Can anyone help, please?
