Invalid Game license error

Hello. I have had this error for a while now, and i can NOT seem to find a solution for it. Ever since i have switched to an ASUS Vivobook and installed EA and my Sims 4 over here, I genuinely cant start my game.Everytime i try to, an error ,,Game License Invalid'' pops up.I have tried everything.

1.Clearing cache,

2.Restarting computer, app,

3.Reinstalling EA and the Sims 4,

4.Dug deep into the location folder and such.

I am very devastated and upset as i spent a lot of money on add-ons and i really just miss playing the game itself in general. If anyone has a solution for this or any advice on what i should do, i would be very grateful. Also, i will put a screenshot of the error below.
