(Console) Gallery error

The error I previously reported about not being able to use the gallery due to the delivery error continues to occur, and no one is helping me. The moderators only offered obvious solutions that I already mentioned using in my previous post. I want to be able to download builds and Sims, but I can't. There's nothing in the game to update; I've already searched, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared the PS4 cache, and nothing solves the problem.
