Emotions Panel Missing and Game Freezes After Exiting Build Mode

Dear All,
I am experiencing two critical bugs in The Sims 4 that appeared after the recent game update.
Missing Emotions/Moodlets Panel: The panel where the Sims' emotional states (Inspired, Happy, Tense, etc.) and their respective mood modifiers should appear is not showing up. This prevents me from keeping track of my Sims' emotions and impacts gameplay.
Freezing After Build Mode: When exiting Build Mode, the game completely freezes on the screen, preventing any interaction with the Sims or the interface. Although the game continues to run in the background (animations and sounds persist), it is not possible to click on anything, and I am forced to close the game.
Solutions Already Tried:
Removal of all mods and custom content (CC).
Repairing the game through the EA/Origin application (including all packages).
Deletion of the localthumbcache.package files and the cachestr folder.
Complete uninstallation and reinstallation of the game.
Creation of a new save to test.
Even after all these attempts, the problems persist.
