Marketplace Error Prevents Claiming Free Packs
After the release of two new free packs in The Sims 4 Marketplace, I tried to claim them and add them to my account, but the purchase page is completely broken.
When opening either of the new free packs, the interface is displayed incorrectly: text overlaps, images are misaligned, UI elements are cut off, and part of the page becomes unusable. Because of this, it is impossible to properly view the pack information or complete the claim.
The issue only occurs on the pages for these new free packs. I have attached screenshots showing how the page is displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch The Sims 4.
- Open the Marketplace.
- Select one of the newly released free packs.
The pack page opens with a completely broken interface, preventing the pack from being claimed.
Expected result:
The pack page should load normally, allowing the user to view the pack information and successfully claim the free content.
Actual result:
The pack page interface is corrupted, with overlapping text, misaligned images, and UI elements displayed incorrectly, making it impossible to claim the pack.
Platform: PC
Operating System: Windows 11
Mods/CC: Yes, I use mods and custom content. I have not tested the issue with them disabled.
Does the issue persist after restarting both the game and the EA App? Yes.
