“my sims “ for ea app won’t add to library

When I redeemed the game code for my sims, no matter which option I click it won’t do anything and forces me to stay on this screen. will include a image. I exited the app and restarted my pc it won’...

If you have successfully redeemed a game code and the game didn't show up in your EA app library, please contact EA Help Support so they can check that for you.
