A few things:
-It seems to be an open neighborhood setting kinda similar to what they had in the console version of The Sims 3.
-Multipurpose lots for the very first time in the franchise.
-Apartments in the base game but there doesn't seem to be any houses.
-Emotions are most likely gonna be shelved in favor of reactions.
-Premades are FINALLY gonna have scheduled lives that they live instead of wandering aimlessly around the neighborhood.
-The prototyped animations and characters look very disney-like. I'm not a fan but it's too early to judge.
-I know I initially said that it could be releasing in 2025 but it seems like late 2026 is a better estimate.
We had multi-purpose lots in Sims 1. I recall going to a lot in the downtown area to find a restaurant,a shop and a bar(I think it was a bar),and there were no checklists for any of the lots.
And the Sims 2! Lots were assigned by what special community lot objects were placed on it.
But having a store + apartments in the same building is a first!
