6/27 BTS Rene Reveal Discussion Thread

I really hope there is a mix of dense apartment housing and suburban neighborhoods in the base game world(s). I love the idea of apartment complexes with the first floor corner store. It reminds of NYC bodegas attached to apartment buildings. Like I could imagine open APT building having the corner grocery store, one with a bistro, and another with a laundromat. I would love to be able to REALLY create a dense city with TS5. TS4 does not offer anything close to that since alot of it is shells, fixed apartment lots, and no CAW/edit world tool. The concepts look promising is what I shall say. Time will tell how many of these concepts they will actually use and how they will implement them in base game.
