No, not at all. What they are referring to is an energy bar like is in The Sims Mobile game, and many othercheapMobile/ Facebook games. These games have a daily "Energy" bar that is a total number of things you are allowed to have your characters do.
What they said is that they won't be using this in Project Rene.
Oh!! okay thank you for clearing that up. I totally forgot mobile games do that. Shows how much I play them :D
