Hi, Chealsy! You might want to do a search at YouTube! I've heard there are some really great videos out there, and you can probably find one in the language that works best for you! :)
Just a quick note about your specific question, it's just like July says:
1) You posts will appear separate. You can create a "page" that links to them, or use one of the themes that displays the recent posts on your home page.
2) With the font size, it might be the theme you've selected. You can also change font size here:
