Any way i could get sims 2 open for business for free?

I own the Sims 2 Double Deluxe and i would love love LOVE to have sims 2 Open For Business for free. I cant find it anywhere to buy it so i came here to ask for help. Or is there anyway the sims 2 ultimate collection will be free again i missed it because iw as on vacation during the last 3 weeks of july and didnt get back on the 1st or august and i saw that it was free but ended so i was disapointed is there anyway someone can help me???
